Topic:

Topic does not mean tópico. Topic means subject or area of conversation. Tópico in English is Cliché.

Large:

Large does not mean largo. Large means of greater than average size, extent, quantity, or amount; big. Largo means long in English.

Constipated:

Being Constipated does not mean having a cold.  It means not being able to go to the bathroom; to have difficult or incomplete or infrequent evacuation of the bowels; difficulty in excreting!

Salad:

Salad is NOT salado. salado is savoury!

Actually:

Actually does not mean "at present". It means "in fact". 

Furthermore, it is not pronounced /áctuali/ but /ákcheli/
